Like father like son

Grant's mom gave me some of the clothes Grant wore when he was a baby. Here is one of the outfits:

Our crazy last three weeks. I can't believe it has already been almost 3 weeks. We had a lot happen in those weeks. I had a slight case of Jaundice which we cured without having to do the lights. Yeah!! I am still under weight so have to go in for weight checks. We are learning how to not go through 3 or 4 outfits a day with diaper accidents. I am sleeping anywhere from 5-6 hrs at a time during the night. Sammie hates it when I cry and doesn't know what to do to help. I can find my thumb at anytime, but mom and dad are trying to make me use a bink instead. When I was born I had already rubbed a blister on my wrist in the womb from sucking on it.

Mom's side of the family came and I was blessed on May 3, 2009. I took a trip to the Aquarium in Jenks, but slept through most of it. Woke up to eat and back to sleep:) Met Dad's cousins and Aunt Sherri. The pics below are from most recent to past. Enjoy:)

We just wanted to send out our sincere thanks to everyone and let you all know that all is going well.

Matt got a little cut this morning on a small part of his body (hint hint) and he's been just a wee bit testy. But he decided to forgive us when he ate lunch this afternoon and he's been momma's boy ever since. Unfortunately, the laptop that Aunt Allie loaned us for this endevor has been giving us some fits with transferring files from the camera's memory cards, so you'll have to wait till a bit later for more pics.

Getting Hungry

Someone decided he was hungry from the get-go, and fortunately, that's translating in a simple easy nursing scene. Yeah! So, hopefully that keeps up well.

Right now, mom and baby are doing splendidly. Mom's a little sore and tired, but fighting on gamely.

Please feed me! I'm hungry.
